{"id":436,"date":"2026-02-10T10:14:06","date_gmt":"2026-02-10T10:14:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aktivator.tore.enson.se\/?post_type=aktiviteter&#038;p=436"},"modified":"2026-04-01T13:27:33","modified_gmt":"2026-04-01T13:27:33","slug":"team-training","status":"publish","type":"aktiviteter","link":"https:\/\/aktivatorpark.se\/en\/aktiviteter\/teamtraning\/","title":{"rendered":"Team training"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This type of activity was developed in the 1970s by the British military to create safe, <strong>independent and effective work teams.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a team-building activity where cooperation is mixed with a lot of laughter. <strong>The instructor presents the group with various problems.<\/strong> and sets up frameworks for task execution and then acts as an observer while the group solves the task.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The activity is arranged in such a way that classic challenges like <strong>communication, trust, and leadership<\/strong> effectively put to the test.
