This type of activity was developed in the 1970s by the British military to create safe, independent and effective work teams.
This is a team-building activity where cooperation is mixed with a lot of laughter. The instructor presents the group with various problems. and sets up frameworks for task execution and then acts as an observer while the group solves the task.
The activity is arranged in such a way that classic challenges like communication, trust, and leadership effectively put to the test. We adapt the activity to the group's goals and conditions.
Each exercise is followed by a short evaluation where the instructor asks questions that are intended to lead the group down paths where they have the opportunity to resolve the problems they have experienced.
The number of exercises varies depending on the time available, from a few up to about 15.
A tricky activity that combines utility with fun.
It can suitably be arranged with us at Aktivator Park, where we can also offer more services such as meals.
The activity is mobile and can be arranged in any other nice green area.
