Booking and Purchase Terms

To book with Aktivator, you must meet the following requirements
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or accompanied by a guardian.
  • You shall report and replace the Activator (at cost price) for any damage or lost equipment.
  • You acknowledge that all rental activities are at your own risk.
  • The activator assumes no responsibility for personal injury or damage to clothing that may occur during the rental period.
  • Be prepared to show identification for all types of rentals. It is sufficient for one person in the party over 18 years of age to be able to identify themselves, and that person will then be responsible for all rented equipment.
  • By accepting these terms and conditions, a binding agreement is formed. Upon receipt of your booking, an automatic booking confirmation will be sent via email with information about the rental period.
  • In accordance with the data protection law, you must consent to us recording your information. You have the right to have the data deleted.
  • We follow the National Board for Consumer Disputes' recommendations in the event of a dispute.
  • You agree that we will send you emails with booking confirmation and follow-up emails. We will not send newsletters or other emails after your visit with us.
Booking rules

We do not offer refunds for booked products. If you choose the rescheduling guarantee, you can reschedule your round up to 6 hours before the tour starts. Exceptions are made for thunderstorms or other circumstances that could make the climb dangerous.

Prices

Each item is listed including VAT in Swedish Kronor. In the shopping cart, you will see the total price including all fees such as VAT, shipping, and payments.

Payment

Payment is made through the selected payment method at checkout. The payment method is provided by Bambora together with partners.

Card payment

Payment by card is accepted by Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro. Your debit card will be charged immediately.

Swish payment

Damaged Goods and Claims

When you start the activity in the booking, it is important to check that the products are not damaged or defective. If the product is defective or damaged, you are entitled to a replacement product if available, otherwise a full refund.

The renter is responsible for handling and using the equipment properly. In case of obvious carelessness or theft, the renter will be liable for any damages or theft incurred.

Right of withdrawal and return policy

Paid bookings are non-refundable. Bookings can be rescheduled to any date up to six hours before the start time if ”Weather Guarantee” (rescheduling protection) is purchased. Full refunds will be given for weather conditions that make the activity unsuitable or dangerous, such as thunderstorms, storms, or other adverse weather. In case of illness, a full refund will be provided upon presentation of a medical certificate.

Personal data processing

In order to receive, manage, and deliver your order, Aktivator (Jur. KLB-Service AB) will process your personal data. All our processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with current data protection legislation. You can read more about how we process your personal data in Appendix 1, Personal Data Processing.

Cookies

A cookie is a text file sent from a website to your computer, where it is stored either in memory (session cookies) or as a small text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used to store, for example, login information or your shopping cart as you browse different websites. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place an order on our site. You can easily change this in your browser settings. Please note that we do not use cookies to save personal information about you.

Force majeure

Force Majeure, such as war, extensive labor disputes, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious epidemic or other circumstances beyond a party's control that prevent the party from fulfilling its obligations, shall release the party from these obligations. Such release shall be conditional on the business not being able to be conducted under these circumstances either. The other party shall be immediately notified of circumstances that may lead to the application of this provision.

Change of contract terms

After the customer completes a purchase, the Selling Company is not entitled to change the terms of the current purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Disputes & Laws

Swedish law shall apply to all purchases under these terms and conditions. Disputes regarding purchases under these terms and conditions shall be exclusively tried by a Swedish general court.

Attachment 1, Personal Data Processing

Activator (Legal. KLB-Service AB), organization number 556592-3421, processes personal data in connection with the trade on www.aktivatorpark.se and is the data controller for the processing. Personal data is processed so that Activator (Legal. KLB-Service AB) can provide its services, mainly for the following purposes (”the Purposes”):

  • To create and maintain your personal account
  • To receive and process your orders and ship your goods to you.
  • To handle any returns.
  • To send you SMS notifications about booking status.
  • To answer your questions and inform you about new or changed services.
  • To send marketing offers such as newsletters and catalogs.
  • To send you surveys that give you the opportunity to influence Aktivator (Jur. KLB-Service AB)'s offerings and services.

The data processed are the data you provide, for example, when you place orders, contact customer service, or the like. The data you provide includes, for example, contact information, delivery address, and ordered goods (”Personal Data”). The Personal Data is necessary for Aktivator (Jur. KLB-Service AB) to achieve the Purposes. Certain information may also be obtained from public registers or from other generally available sources.

The main legal basis for the processing is that the processing is necessary for Aktivator ( Jur. KLB-Service AB) to fulfill its obligations to its customers. Some processing is also based on Aktivator ( Jur. KLB-Service AB)”s legitimate interest in being able to conduct its business in an efficient and secure manner and on Aktivator ( Jur. KLB-Service AB)”s obligation to comply with legal obligations. The personal data may be shared with authorities and other parties that Aktivator ( Jur. KLB-Service AB) engages to achieve the Purposes, e.g. for delivery. These parties may be based in countries outside the EU/EEA. If the European Commission does not consider that the country ensures an adequate level of protection, the transfer to the third party will be supported by the Commission's standard contractual clauses for the transfer of personal data to a country outside the EU/EEA, see Articles 45-46 of Regulation 2016/679 ("GDPR"). The processing of the Personal Data will continue for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the Purposes or as long as Activator (Jur. KLB-Service AB) is obliged to do so. Thereafter, the Personal Data will be deleted.

You can also use this address if you wish to exercise any of the rights you have as a data subject under GDPR. Please note that the rights under GDPR are not absolute and therefore exercising a right may not necessarily result in an action.

Your rights under the GDPR include the following:

  • Right of access – According to Article 15 of the GDPR, you have the right to access your Personal Data and to be informed about its processing. This information is provided in this document.
  • Right to rectification – According to Article 16 of the GDPR, you have the right to have inaccurate personal data relating to you rectified without undue delay. Taking into account the purpose of the processing, you also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
  • Right to erasure (”right to be forgotten”) – Under certain circumstances, you have the right to have your personal data erased, pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR.
  • Right to restriction of processing – Under certain circumstances, you have the right under Article 18 GDPR to restrict the processing of Personal Data.
  • Right to data portability – According to Article 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transfer this data to another controller.
  • Right to object – According to Article 21 GDPR, you have the right to object to certain processing of personal data, for example, such processing that is based on Aktivator (Jur. KLB-Service AB)'s legitimate interests.
  • Finally, you also have the right to submit complaints to the Data Inspection Board, which can be contacted via datainspektionen@datainspektionen.se or 08-657 61 00.
